Brief note on Indian Chief Chabanee, describing his loyalty to Americans during the Black Hawk War from an unidentified March 5, 1877 source. The note was written on the letterhead of L.M. Melander & Bro. Photographers, which was illustrated with an image of a woman in a toga with cupid. The note was signed by Hubbard, ca. 190u.
